Admission Requirements
1. Eligibility Requirements
- Eligibility: Applicants seeking admission to the Three-Year LL.B. Programme must possess a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University with a minimum aggregate of 45% for General Merit, 42% for OBC, and 40% for SC/ST candidates.
- Admission Criteria: Candidates must satisfy the eligibility requirements prescribed by the Bar Council of India (BCI), Karnataka State Law University (KSLU), and other competent authorities.
- Admission Process: Admission is subject to verification of eligibility, submission of the prescribed documents, and compliance with University regulations.
- Student Responsibilities: Students are expected to maintain professional conduct, academic discipline, and active participation in curricular and co-curricular activities.
- Attendance Requirement: A minimum of 75% attendance in each subject is mandatory as per the applicable academic regulations.
- Attendance Compliance: Students who fail to maintain the prescribed attendance may be rendered ineligible to appear for University examinations or face other academic consequences as prescribed by KSLU and BCI.
3. Reservation Documents
Candidates seeking admission under any reservation category must submit valid certificates issued by the competent authority in accordance with Government and University regulations.
Required Documents:
- Caste Certificate
- Income Certificate
- Reservation Certificate under Category 371(J) (where applicable)
- Disability Certificate for Persons with Disabilities (PH)
- Kannada Medium Study Certificate (Classes 1–10) for Gadinadu/Horanadu Kannadiga Reservation
- NCC/NSS Quota, Ex-Servicemen Quota, and Sports Quota Certificates (where applicable)
Candidates who fail to submit the prescribed reservation documents within the stipulated time shall be considered under the General Merit category, and no subsequent claim shall ordinarily be entertained.
Important Note
Admission to the Three-Year LL.B. Programme is provisional and subject to verification of original documents, fulfillment of eligibility criteria, and approval by Karnataka State Law University (KSLU).
Submission of an application does not guarantee admission. Incomplete applications, suppression of material information, or submission of false or forged documents may result in rejection of the application or cancellation of admission at any stage.
Students admitted to the programme shall abide by the rules, regulations, academic policies, attendance requirements, code of conduct, and disciplinary provisions of the College, KSLU, and the Bar Council of India (BCI), as amended from time to time.
7. Visa Requirements (International Students)
- Valid passport
- Offer letter from the university
- Financial sponsorship documents
- Medical clearance (if applicable)
2. Academic Documents
The following academic documents must be submitted at the time of admission for verification and record purposes:
- SSLC / Class X Marks Card (Proof of Date of Birth)
- PUC / Class XII Marks Card
- Degree Marks Cards (All Semesters / Years)
- Degree Certificate or Provisional Degree Certificate
- Transfer Certificate (TC) (where applicable)
- Percentage Conversion Certificate (where applicable)
- Eligibility Certificate (where applicable)
- Migration Certificate (where applicable)
4. Additional Documents
The following supporting documents shall also be submitted along with the admission application:
- Conduct & Character Certificate
- Recent Passport Size Photographs
- Aadhaar Card Copy
- Proof of Address (where required)
- No Objection Certificate (NOC) from Employer for employed candidates (regarding 75% attendance)
- Study Permission Letter from Employer (where applicable)
- Any other document prescribed by KSLU, BCI, Government Authorities, or the College from time to time.
Applicants are advised to retain copies of all documents submitted during the admission process for future reference.
6. Financial Requirements
- Payment of application fee
- Proof of ability to cover tuition and living costs (for international students)

Terms & Conditions
1. Admission to the Three-Year LL.B. Programme is subject to the eligibility criteria prescribed by the Bar Council of India (BCI), Karnataka State Law University (KSLU), and other competent authorities.
2. Candidates must submit complete and accurate information. Any false declaration, suppression of facts, or forged documents will result in cancellation of admission
3. Admission shall remain provisional until verification of original documents and approval by Karnataka State Law University (KSLU).
4. The College reserves the right to reject applications that do not meet the prescribed eligibility criteria or are incomplete.
5. Reservation Category: Candidates seeking admission under reserved categories must produce valid certificates issued by the competent authority.
6. Eligibility Documents: Students from other Universities or Boards may be required to submit Eligibility Certificates, Migration Certificates, or other documents as prescribed by KSLU.
7. Attendance: Students must comply with the attendance requirements prescribed by the Bar Council of India, KSLU, and the College. Attendance shortage may result in ineligibility to appear for examinations.
8. Code of Conduct: Students shall abide by all College rules, regulations, disciplinary policies, and academic guidelines.
9. Anti-Ragging: Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited. Violators will face disciplinary and legal action as per UGC regulations and applicable laws.
10. Institutional Policies: The College reserves the right to revise academic regulations, fee structures, admission procedures, and institutional policies in accordance with BCI, KSLU, and Government directives.
11. Fee Refund: Fees paid shall be governed by the refund policies of the College and applicable University regulations.
12. Professional Conduct: The LL.B. programme is regulated by the Bar Council of India. Students are expected to maintain the highest standards of ethics, discipline, and professional conduct.
13. Bar Council Enrolment: The College does not guarantee enrolment with any State Bar Council or the right to practice law. Enrolment is subject to the Advocates Act, 1961 and Bar Council of India Rules.
14. Final Authority: The decisions of the College and Karnataka State Law University (KSLU) regarding admission, eligibility, examinations, and academic matters shall be final and binding.
15. Admission Confirmation: Submission of an application does not guarantee admission. Admission is confirmed only after completion of the admission process and official approval by the College.
